        Facebook is an online social networking service  headquartered in Menlo park, California.Apparently Mark Zukerberg isn't just liked among his 17 million followers on Facebook . Facebook's chief executive had the highest employee approval rating on the latest ranking of 50 CEO's.
          Facebook also ranked as the best place to work on glassdoor.Glassdoor spokesperson Scott Dobroski says the ranking reflects employees confidence in leadership, which is not always tied to the financial results.Rather it indicates employees'  belief that the company is being led in the right direction, that the CEO has a clear vision of the future and that vision and plan to achieve it are clearly communicated.
It also suggests the general view that CEO is a good motivator, personal, approachable and accessible.

              This week i am gonna tell you a moral story which i came across few weeks before. A man was exploring caves by the seashore. In one of the caves he found a canvas bad with a bunch of hardened balls. It was like someone had rolled clay balls and left them out in the sun to bake.They don't look like much , but they intrigued the man. So he took the bag out of the cave with him.As he strolled along the beach , he would throw the clay balls one at the time out into the ocean as far as he could. He thought little about it until he dropped one of the balls and it cracked open on a rock.Inside was a beautiful precious stone.Excited the man started breaking the remaining . Each ball contained a similar treasure.He found thousands of dollars worth of jewel in the 20 to 30 clay balls he had left.Then it struck him.He had been on the beach a long time.He had thrown around 50 to 60 balls with the hidden treasure.Instead of thousands of dollars, he would have taken home a few treasure.
               

It's like that with the people.We look at someone, may be even ourselves like a external clay vessel.It doesn't look much from outside. We should understand that there is a treasure in each and every one.

BLUE BRAIN

         

              Blue brain is an attempt to create a synthetic brain by reverse engineering and to recreate it at the cellular level . The research involves studying living brain tissue using microscope and patch clamp electrodes. Data is collected about all the different neuron types. This data is used to build biologically realistic models of neurons and networks of neurons in the central cortex.The simulation is carried out on a Blue Gene super computer built by IBM.Hence the name " BLUE BRAIN "
           

  Main aim of the project is to provide brain disease treatment. One in four people will suffer from one of around 560 diseases during their lifetime.So this project helps us to understand these disease and in finding suitable treatments.The living brain is difficult to study. This virtual model makes direct observations possible.
